Question of the Day--on Feminism in the Age of Austerity

If one focuses on the issues of women within the borders of today's Age of Austerity in America, what are the specific issues and how does feminism itself fit into framing these issues?

This is a comment from a feminist blog and discusses the fundamental error of the left -- they do not ask what is good for women - no - they are into romantic machismo - they have anti semitism in their DNA and worship thug rule which says everything about what they would do to women if they had power -- a lot of the anti rich retoric is tied to the rich jew conspiricy nazi stuff - this comment comes after Obama on an open mike was making anti semitic remarks. I do not identify the speaker as i do not think she would appreciate me using her words but this is essentially a private blog and I want you to think about this as you are sympathetic to the left and I see it as a primarily patriarchal front just like the right and the politics of feminism as something totally divorced from their useless analysis. Wherever the left and feminism are portrayed together the feminism is in service to male left interests - that is why feminism demands courage -

Comment: Sarkozy and Obama get caught dissing Bibi on an open mike.

The anti-Israel sentiment is rampant now. That horse has left the barn and the snow ball is rolling towards hell. All fish rot from the head and it is the clear intent of this child-man in office to undermine Israel at every turn. His obots agree with him. The ows locations are rife with jew bashing too – they make Mel Gibson look pro-Israel. (As evidenced on tons of video tapes that make me sick to watch but I force myself to take the time to listen to these ignorant cretins spew.)

Sarkozy would not have said that to Hillary. She would not have responded the way obama did if Sarkozy did say that to her anyway. She would have done and said positive things all along and her position would have been clear and not open for attacking Bibi.

Interesting too, how obama made it about himself. He basically was griping how much harder he has it as head of this country and how he has to deal with Israel’s problems every day. Boo fucking hoo. He wanted the job and now he commiserates with other leaders about having to do it? Fuck obama. We knew he hated Israel. Not surprised at all.

OWS Boston in their Palestinian flag scarfs are worrisome, to me.
